Dat heeft niet lang geduurd; na zijn overlijden in 1865 en dat van zijn moeder in 1864 worden de bezittingen van zijn ouders in 1867 verdeeld. Catharina Briefjes, dan weduwe van Fredrik , erft de boerderij Oost Phalia aan de Westdijk in de Schermer, zijn vader Dirk houdt zijn huisje op de Molenbuurt te Akersloot en zijn broer Pierter erft boerderij Westerveld aan de Zuidervaart. Catharina Briefjes koopt in 1891 de boerenplaats `Lamoor` met veel weiland, gelegen in de Zwartendijkspolder aan het Noord-Hollands kanaal te Akersloot. Op deze boerderij gaat haar enige zoon Jan Hollenberg boeren. Jan was in 1890 getrouwd met Geertje van Hanxleden, het merendeel van hun afstammelingen woont nog in Akersloot. Na het overlijden van Catharina in 1908 wordt deze boerderij geerfd door haar zoon Jan en de boerderij Oost Phalia aan de Westdijk in de Schrmer door haar dochter Jansje Hollenberg, die getrouwd was met Petrus de Lange.
