    643 Pieter Philipsz Vermaet, gewezen schout van Poortugaal en Hoogvliet, overleden september 1743 te Pernis, heeft in zijn testament van 22-10-1739 voor notaris Jan Swinnas te Rotterdam zijn enige dochter Teuntje Pieterse Vermaat, in haar leven laatst huisvrouw van Pieter Huibregts den Boer, haar leven lang het overschietende vruchtgebruik vermaakt van ca. 84 gem. land, waarvan hij de eigendom, omdat zijn dochter kinderloos is, vermaakt heeft aan de nakomelingen van zijn broers. De voogden over eventuele minderjarigen moet zijn dochter bij notariele akte aanstellen. Teuntje Pieters Vermaat is op 9-12-1746 te Pernis overleden zonder kinderen na te laten en zonder voogden over minderjarige erfgenamen te benoemen. Schout en schepenen hebben nu als voogden en administrateurs aangesteld Aart Huibregtse den Boer en Joost van Dijk, beiden won. in Pernis. Zij hebben de weduwnaar Pieter Huibregtse den Boer verzocht staat en inventaris te maken

    op 14-2-1745 (geboren 27-1-1745) wordt Clasina gedoopt, dochter van Leendert van der Arent en Jannetje van Bockum.]
