    FENNIAK, Lawrence Oliver - Peacefully, at St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital Kingston, on Saturday, April 19, 2014. Beloved husband of Gerarda for 53 years. Loving father of Sandra Fenniak (Ray Krichbaum), Paul Fenniak and Michele Fenniak (Andrew Zeller). Dear Opa of Benjamin and Isaac Zeller. Loving brother of Florence, Roger, Patricia, Maryanne, William, Evelyn, Veronica, John and Allan. Lawrence was born in Lamont, Alberta and graduated from the University of Alberta with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. After graduating, he joined Ontario Hydro and had a long career with them until he retired. He was an active volunteer in both church and school communities. According to Lawrence's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the ROBERT J. REID & SONS FUNERAL HOME , 309 Johnson Street (at Barrie Street) on Wednesday, April 23 between the hours of 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. A memorial service will be held at the First Christian Reformed Church, 310 Kingscourt Ave. on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 11 a.m. Inurnment at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Kingston Christian School would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to thank the caring and dedicated staff of the Cancer Clinic of Eastern Ontario and St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital.
