      Heden, een November negentienhonderd vijf, zijn voor ons Ambtenaar van den burgerlijken stand van Amsterdam, in het openbaar, in het huis der gemeente, verschenen, ten einde een huwelijk aan te gaan:
      Machiel Buitekant, schoenmaker, geboren en wonende alhier, oud twintig jaren, minderjarige zoon van Isaac Buitekant, koopman en Vrouwtje Komkommer, wonende alhier ter eere en
      Roosje Roodveldt, zonder beroep, geboren en wonende alhier, oud negentien jaren, minderjarige dochter van Abraham Roodveldt, diamantversteller en Sientje Presser, wonende alhier, ter andere zijde. En verklaarden beider ouders, voor mij tegenwoordig, toe te stemmen in dezen echt.

      De beide afkondigingen tot dit huwelijk zijn onverhinderd geschied, alhier den vijftienden en twee en twintigsten October laatstleden.

      Wij hebben hun afgevraagd of zij elkander nemen tot echtgenooten, en getrouwelijk alle de plichten zullen vervullen, welke door de wet aan den huwelijken staat verbonden zijn. Nadat deze vraag door hen bevestigend beantwoord werd, hebben wij, in naam de wet, uitspraak gedaan dat zij door het huwelijk aan elkander zijn verbonden.

      Als getuigen waren tegenwoordig:
      Aron Buitekant, oom des echtgenoots, koopman, oud negen en veertig (?) jaren, Aron Buitekant, broeder des echtgenoots, lompensorteerder, oud vijf en twintig jaren, Gompel Roodveldt, broeder der echtgenoote, diamantslijper, oud drie en twintig jaren en Israel Bromet, oom des echtgenoots, koopman, oud vijf en vijftig jaren, allen wonende alhier.

      En is hiervan door ons opgemaakt deze akte, die, naar voorlezing, door de comparanten, de getuigen en ons is onderteekend, uitgezonderd door de moeder der echtgenoote, die verklaarde niet te kunnen schrijven.
