Yes. Genealogy Online has a free service to turn black-and-white photos into colour. The computer decides itself which colours fit. The result is often surprisingly lifelike.

The photo is not added to your publication automatically. Do you want that? Then add the photo in your family tree program and upload it to your publication.
The colours are an estimate. The real colour of a dress or a house may have been different. Mention this when you publish the photo.
Colourising works best with sharp photos with good lighting.
Genealogical publications are copyright protected. Although data is often retrieved from public archives, the searching, interpreting, collecting, selecting and sorting of the data results in a unique product. Copyright protected work may not simply be copied or republished.
