   Archibald Douglas, 4th Earl of Douglas was the son of Archibald Douglas, 3rd Earl of Douglas and Joan Moray, of Bothwell. He died on 17 August 1424 at Verneuil, France, killed in action at the Battle of Verneuil, along with his son, Sir James Douglas. They are buried in the Choir.

We would normally presume that she had just been missed out by TSP but it has been pointed out to us (DMcA, 06.04.05) that a grandaughter of King Robert would probably have been well recorded. It is possible that either she was illegitimate or that she has been misidentified.
