Notes about Elizabeth Mason

1. In the 1871 Census in Glen Village, there is a Charles Mason, age 2, born around 1869, Falkirk, recorded as a son to Charles Mason and Helen Reid. This relationship is incorrect. Charles Mason Snr's, sister, Elizabeth appears to be the childs mother, daughter of Charles Mason and Ann Hamilton. Ann Mason Hamilton is the witness at the register of birth of the child.
Further investigation finds Elizabeth's death on 15 April 1870 in the Poor House at Falkirk.
