    Their son, Henry Nucol, b. 12/1/1734, married Jane Drysdale on 19/3/1756.
    Their daughter, Agnes Nucol, b. 20/9/1760, married William Syme, born about 1760, on 22/10/1785.
    Their son, James Syme, b. 11/1/1792, married Ann Paterson on 25/4/1812.
    Their daughter, Agnes Nicol Syme, b. 18/2/1820, married James Alexander, b. 18/2/1821, on 1/12/1840.
    Their son, George Cairns Wemyss Alexander, b. 11/3/1865, married Helen Ramsay, b. 1/10/1869, on 29/4/1892.
    Their daughter, Agnes Nicol Syme Alexander, b. 1/11/1908, married John Blair, b. 20/9/1907 on 27/4/1939.
    Agnes and John were my grandparents.
