    De weduwe van Marinus Harinck, Geertruid Boutens, geeft in januari 1792 te kennen dat wijlen haar man in 1775 de helft van de houtzaagmolen, als toen gemeen met wijlen zijn broeder Dignus Harinck, van zijn broeder heeft gekocht. Hij heeft toen octrooi voor veertien jaar verkregen om een zaagmolen binnen de stad gaande te houden. Tot haar schrik is ze ontwaar geworden dat het octrooi al verlopen is sinds 1 april 1790. Ze verzoekt haar alsnog verlenging te verlenen. Het stadsbestuur besluit haar dit verzuim te vergeven. Ze krijgt weer voor veertien jaar octrooi ingaande 1 april 1790 tot eind maart 1804 om alleen en met uitsluiting van alle anderen in de stad en jurisdictie het zagen van hout op haar molen uit te oefenen.

    In maart 1804 verzoekt de weduwe van de houtzaagmolenaar Marinus Harinck, Geertruid Bouten, (opnieuw) verlenging van het seclusief octrooi voor haar zaagmolen ‘de Eendracht’ voor de tijd van 21 jaar. De laatste keer is dit toegestaan op de 28e januari 1792.
    Het Stadsbestuur besluit de weduwe Harinck de concessies opnieuw op dezelfde wijze te verlenen.
