    Hidde Jans en Eelktje Jacobs uit Sebaldeburen 23-3-1756 (vermelding op website www.archieven.nl met betrekking tot het gerecht van Westerdeel - Langewold, 1710 - 1803).

    In de akte RAG, T 735, I 14 van 20-6-1758 dragen Jan Rottjes en Geertje Harms, samen met hun broer en zus IJmkje Rotjes en Jan Rottjes, de eigendom van de halve boerderij aan het Westerzand 18 (onder Sebaldeburen) over aan Tjipke Geerts en Romkje Seijes. De andere helft behoorde de kinderen van wijlen Hidde Jans (gedoopt 15-5-1701) toe. Jan Rottjes en Geertje Harms bleven "als meijers de boerderij gebruiken voor de halfscheid (= helft) van de lasten, Een en twintig Carolus gulden, na Landregt te voldoen."
