    In 1684 verkocht Maijcke Gijsberts, de weduwe van Derck Jans Spinneker, geassisteerd door haar neef Gijsbert Claesen, aan Andries Clemmius en Trijntien Frericks een huis aan de zuidzijde van de Bruggestraat, "De Drie Crabben" genaamd, meierwijze bewoond door Hindrick Uphuys en Hindrick Jansen Spoelder. De prijs was f 1.250,-. We vinden dit huis terug in de rekeningen van het Jacob en Anna Gasthuis.
