Hij is landbouwer te Noordbroeksterhamrik, onder Siddeburen en ook brouwer te Noordbroek. Focko is lidmaat der Hervormde kerk vanaf 12 juni 1625. Hij trouwt op 28 juni 1615 te Noordbroek (H.V.) met Anne Bartels, dochter van Bartelt Jans en Trine. Hij hertrouwt met Wupke Harkes.
