    Klaas Jacobs Kooima, gedoopt te Wittewierum op 8 april 1759, zoon van Jacob Klasen Kooima en Martje Jans in de Oldersumer kluft. Jan Jacobs Kooima in Ten Post is zijn broer. Klaas Jacobs trouwde met Elzebina Steenhuis, zuster van Havink Jannes te Wirdum. Hij overleed op 23 januari 1828. In april 1840 woonde de weduwe J. K. Kooima nog op de boerderij "Venhuizen" aan de Delleweg, die in de "Groninger Courant" van 7 januari 1839 al te koop staat. Klaas Jacobs Kooima stond ook wel bekend als Klaas Jacobs Venhuizen.
