Kei Gal woonde naast Jan Hepkes Wouda bij de Feikedraai aan de Vaart, zie het verhaal "Twa buorlju" in het boek "Ik ha't ris hân : it Jan Hepkes-ferhaal" van Y. Poortinga uit 1986. Kei en Jan lagen elkaar niet. Sytske was in ieder geval niet bang voor spoken.
