Goederen ongemeen, winst en verlies half om half, kinderen gelijk, indien hij eerder overlijdt dan krijgt zij 1000 gld., omgekeerd krijgt hij 600 gld., mits er geen kinderen zijn, de lijfstoebehoren uit te keren onder aftrek van de doodskosten.
