(ondertr. 26-4-1793 te Sappemeer, vertrokken naar “de Middelbrug”) met Annigje (Annechien) Gerrits ten Cate, geb. 3-3-1767 te Kleinemeer, ovl. 15-8-1837 te Sappemeer, dochter van Gerrit Abrahams ten Cate en Jantje Berends Withaar, landbouwers te Kalkwijk. Zij waren doopsgezind en lieten hun kinderen bij de geboorte dus niet dopen.

    Jan Reinders is een zoon van Reinder Derks Glas, landbouwer op Noordbroeksterhamrik, no. 4, en Aaltje Jans.
