Getuigen: Gebel Janßen en Johan Jans anders Tonnijs.

    RA Zuidbroek V x 8 fol. 8v niet afgemaakte acte tussen 25-07-1648 en 22-08-1648: Phebe, weduwe van zal. Poppo Rimmetz te Muntendam verkoopt aan haar zoon Haijo Poppes en Trijne een behuizing.

    Phebe Eltijns, ook wel aangeduid als Febe Poppens, was doopsgezind. Dat blijkt uit het huwelijkscontract van haar zoon Rimmet Poppens en Frowke Janss. Doopsgezinden mogen niet zweren bij de naam van God. In plaats daarvan mogen ze wel een ferme handdruk geven, als een officieel document wordt opgesteld.
