Jan trouwt op 3 januari 1647 op de Meeden (H.V.), 10 januari 1647 in Scheemda (1e proclamatie), attestatie naar de Meeden op 6 februari 1647, met Trijntjen Jurjens, dochter van Jurijen Tijddens, landbouwer op de Meeden, no. 205o, en Eije Harkes. Trijntjen overlijdt na 13 september 1677.
