Bij doop Gerrit, Rikent, Nijsje, Teunisje, Aaltje, Bartelt en Peter staat geen achternaam; maar waar heb ik de achternaam "de Vries" dan vandaan, die ik er eerst had staan? Geesje is blijkbaar niet in Vollenhove gedoopt; misschien in Beulake,want daar zijn ze getrouwd.
Kwam de achternaam soms uit de kwartierstaat Langedijk? Bij de genealogie van Edelenbos staat de naam Edelenbos" overal achter, maar ik hou het maar op alleen patroniemen.
