dat zij nu al weer in de maand juni 1882 is weggelopen en sedert is weggebleven zonder dat het den eischer bekend is waar zij zich bevindt,
dat zij bepaaldelijk te Zwolle gedurende de Zwolsche kermis van het jaar 1882 overspel heeft gepleegd.·Äù
De eis tot echtscheiding is ingewilligd en gedaagde wordt veroordeeld in de proceskosten begroot op vijftig gulden.
Jan hertrouwt in 1884 te Giethoorn.
