    Adrianus Mook oud vierentwintig jaren, metselaar, geboren en wonende alhier, meerderjarige zoon van Adolf Mook, oud vierenvijftig jaren, metselaar en Maria Johanna Christina Braacx, oud tweeënvijftig jaren, zonder beroep, beiden wonende alhier - en - Hendrika Cornelia Blom, oud twintig jaar, zonder beroep, geboren alhier, wonende te Hillegersberg, minderjarige dochter van Hendrik Johannes Jacobus Blom, oud vierenveertig jaren, winkelier en Catharina Been, oud tweeënveertig jaren, zonder beroep, beiden wonende te Hillegersberg.
    De ouders van den bruidegom en de ouders van de bruid, alhier tegenwoordig, verklaarden tot dit huwelijk hunne toestemming te geven.
    De afkondiging van dit huwelijk is alhier in te Hillegersberg onverhinderd geschied op drieëntwintig juni dezes jaars.

    Ik heb bruidegom en bruid afgevraagd of zij elkander nemen tot echtgenooten en getrouwelijk alle de plichten zullen vervullen, welke door de wet aan den huwelijken staat verbonden zijn.
    Nadat deze vragen door hen bevestigend beantwoord werden, heb ik, in naam der wet, uitspraak gedaan, dat zij door het huwelijk aan elkander zijn verbonden. Als getuigen waren tegenwoordig:
    Theodorus Kloeg, oud drieënveertig jaren en Martinus Ivo oud zevenendertig jaren, beiden bediende en wonende alhier.
