Het voorgenomen huwelijk van Johannes Theodorus Homburg en Jacoba Hendrika van der Wardt werd afgekondigd op 22 augustjus 1931.
De ouders van de bruid weigerden hun toestemming tot dit huwelijk te verlenen. Zij had derhalve de tussenkomst van de kantonrechter ingeroepen.
Getuigen waren Willem Gerardus Goethart, oud 37 jaar, expediteur, zwager van de bruidegom en Hermanus Bagmeijer, oud 59 jaar, werkman, beiden wonende in Amsterdam.

Tusschenkomst bij Huwelijk.
Heden den 12den September 1900 een en dertig verscheen voor Ons Dr. Th.I.B. Hiltermann Kantonrechter te Amsterdam in tegenwoordigheid van Dr. J. v. Rood, Substituut-Griffier van gemeld Kantongerecht, Jacoba Hendrika van der Wardt, zonder beroep, wonende te Amsterdam, Wagenaarstraat 108, die ons te kennen gaf, dat zij blijkens ons vertoond uittreksel uit het geboorte-register der gemeente Diemen aldaar is geboren op 10 Augustus 1910, dochter van Cornelis van der Wardt en van diens echtgenooteGeertruida Snel, dat zij dus meerderjarig is, doch den vollen ouderdom van 30 jaren nog niet bereikt en derhalve de toestemming nodig heeft van haar ouders, om een wettig huwelijk aan te gaan met Johannes Theodorus Homburg, van beroep banketbakker, wonende te Amsterdam Wagenaarstraat 108, dat zij echter de toestemming van hare ouders, niet heeft kunnen bekomen, reden waarom zij onze tusschenkomst heeft ingeroepen, blijkens haar verzoekschrift van den 29sten Augustus 1931.
De voornoemde ouders van verzoekster krachtens Ons bevel behoorlijk opgeroepen bij exploit van den deurwaarder A. Racké te Amsterdam d.d. 3 September 1931 om op heden voor Ons te verschijnen zijn verschenen en hebben verklaard bij hun weigering tevolharden hun toestemming in deze te geven.
Hiervan wordt aan verzoekster acte verleend.
Waarvan is opgemaakt dit proces-verbaal, door Ons Kantonrechter met den Griffier onderteekend.
