HUMOR BARRETENSE José Tedesco publicou na imprensa barretense uma série de histórias, relevando episódios da vida real. Os casos envolvendo André Petroucic – o pai – mereceram especial relato. -
"O André e a turma foram pescar e caçar. O Ugo Moni não foi e virou vítima: convidaram-no para saborear umas pacas que haviam caçado. E ele, guloso em comidas diferentes, se regalou todo. Quando terminaram o jantar, o André mostrou o couro e a cabeça do gato que ele havia comido. Foi aquele desastre. Deu um trabalho enorme segurar o Ugo. Ele queria matar o André de qualquer jeito, mas, nessa hora, já estava longe'.
Outra história narrada por José Tedesco conta o dia em que acharam petróleo em Barretos. - "Elias Thomé estava vendendo lotes de terreno de sua vila e, para melhor valorizar, mandou fazer um poço artesiano e convidou muita gente para assistir à inauguração. Quando foram experimentar a água, não puderam beber, tão forte era o gosto e cheiro de gasolina. – Petróleo! Foi a exclamação geral. A alegria por saber que Barretos ia ter poço petrolífero também foi grande, porém de curta duração: descobriu-se logo que o André Petroucic, durante a madrugada, havia posto uma lata de óleo ou gasolina na água, isto é, dentro do poço..."
José Tedesco revelou também em crônica o caso do casamento azul, mais um trote aplicado por André Petroucic. - "Sabendo que o Ibero Serrati iria a um casamento e com um terno azul novo, André Petroucic foi ao quarto dele e trocou a lâmpada boa, por outra queimada. No banheiro, fez a mesma coisa e, dentro do chuveiro, encheu de azul de metileno. A tarde, Ibero não se preocupou muito com a falta de luz, pois já estava na hora do casamento, e, por isso, tomou banho no escuro e trocou de roupa também no escuro. Quando no casamento estranharam que ele, além do terno azul, também estivesse com as mãos e o rosto todo azul, mandaram que se olhasse ao espelho. Aí é que viu que havia tomado banho azul..."
Uma coisa puxa outra, afirmou José Tedesco, para recordar o caso da cobra cascavel. - "Numa pescaria, mataram uma cobra cascavel de bom tamanho. O André Petroucic viu o Pascoal Pauluci dormindo e não perdeu a ocasião: colocou a cobra estendida, com a cabeça levantada por uma pequena forquilha, e com uma carabina ficou apontando como se fosse atirar na cobra. Nesse momento, chamaram o Pascoal. Ele acordou todo assustado e, procurando não fazer movimentos, apenas com o dedo indicador e com os olhos, implorava para o André não atirar".
