Moraes, natural da Aiuruoca, Minas, e de sua 1.a mulher Gertrudes Maria de Almeida, n. p. de Amaro das Neves de Moraes, que foi guarda-mor das minas de Aiuruoca, e de Maria Leite de Araujo, natural de Pitangui, n. m. de Caetano Furquim de Campos, natural de São Paulo, e de Isabel Sobrinha de Almeida;
segunda vez C.c. Ana Franco, filha de Modesto de Godoy Moreira e de Gertrudes Moreira Franco. Foi Francisco da Silveira Franco um dos 1.os. povoadores do Amparo onde fixou residência e teve, pelo inventário de sua 1.a mulher em 1844 em Mogi Mirim, os 14 filhos que seguem:
