Desses filhos, também o Luiz, Luiz Antonio de Camargo, passou a morar em Guaratinguetá, onde, em 1826, foi apontado como "Professor Luiz Antonio de Camargo", que se ocupava de farmácia, bem como seu irmão Antonio José de Camargo, capitão de Ordenanças (Ver revista do Arquivo, volume XXX, dezembro de 1936, página 96, em trabalho que aí publiquei sob o título Guaratinguetá de cento e onze anos atrás).

Luiz Antoniode Camargo, que casou em Guaratinguetá, em 1815, com Maria Silvéria Romeiro, filha de Lourenço Leme Barbosa, faleceu nessa localidade, em 1850, e deixou geração de Lopez de Camargo, segundo me informa o erudito pesquisador guaratinguetaense dr. Gastão de Meireles Franças. Uma das filhas de Luiz Antonio e Maria Silvéria vem a ser a mãe do dr. Frederico José Cardoso de Araujo Abranches, que foi político paulista e docente de direito romano na Faculdade daqui, pela qual se formara em 1877. Co-mo se sabe, o dr. Abranches foi aposentado pelo decreto de 17 de junho de 1903, ratificado pelo de 21 de julho, sendo a vaga ocupada pelo dr. Reinaldo Porchat, substituto da 1ª secção, nomeado a 21 de julho e empossado a 27.
