B7: Igreja Nossa Senhora da Conceição (Carrancas, Minas Gerais) aos 28-05-1741 Maria, f.l. Francisco de Avila Fagundes e Maria Alves Barbosa, padr.: Sebastião de Freitas, solteiro e Izabel Teresa, viuva.

Maria, viúva, faleceu em Nossa Senhora do Patrocínio das Caldas com testamento (neste site), e foi sepultada em 16-11-1819. Declarou treze filhos de seu casal:

5-4 Maria de Nazaré, natural de Carrancas, fal com mais ou menos 80 anos de idade, em 16/11/1819, com testamento datado de 10/11/1819, feito em Caldas, que foi assinado por ela, embora ditado pelo vigário Antonio de Carvalho Pinto (pesq Roberto V Martins), antes de 1759 Cc «u»Germano José da Silva Freire,«/u» fal sem testamento em 15/01/1817, sendo inventariado a partir de 4/02/1817 na vila de São José de Mogi-Mirim, sendo inventariante a viúva (maço no 63 - Cartório 2o Ofício de Mogi-Mirim), era natural de São João del Rei, filho de Domingos João Freire e de Ana Maria da Silva (Título Godoys) Maria de Nazaré foi deserdada pelo pai em seu testamento por ter-se casado com Germano José contra a vontade dele (pesq MA) e em seu testamento declara que tivera 13 filhos, dos quais se achavam presentes 9 Deixou legados para as netas: Maria Inácia e Constância,filhas de Emerenciana (notas extraídas do 1o livro de Óbitos de Caldas, de 1818/1838, pelo dr José Guimarães)
