L'ancien Camino Real traverse La Carroja. La place est composée de seulement deux rues, celle de l'Autoroute et la plus longue, celle de l'Église. En les parcourant, on rencontre la Font de Baix, qui servait également de lavoir, et son église dédiée à San Francisco de Borja, le saint patron de la ville.
