(Abstract) File # 5778 Bk10/ pg608. Thomas Jenks,Esq.,Middletown Twp. wr. Sept 16,1825. Children Daniel T.,Thomas ,Howard, Mary D. Jenks. Friend Christian Fretz of Warwick Twp to be guardian to minor children. Exec: son Daniel T. and Christian Fretz. Wit: Nathan Wilson, Samuel Story. Codicil (Oct 18,1827)--son-in-law John Janney is also to be executor and guradian to Thomas and Howard. No witnesses. pr. Mar 6,1828.
