SUBJECT: LAND It will not be out of place to state right here that on February 22, 1702, a patent was granted to Matthias Van-Bebber for a tract of land of 6166 acres; recorded in Book A, Vol. 11, page 463, in Philadelphia, Pa. This being the southeast half of Skippack township, Montgomery Co., Pa. Mr. Van-Bebber sold this in small tracts or farms to suit purchasers.
