Vera B. Reifsnyder

Vera B. Reifsnyder, 80, 0f 210 N. Cedar St., Lititz, died Thursday at United Zion Retirement Community following a lengthy illness.

Born in Lititz, she was the son of the late Edward and Pearl E. Spotts Ranck. She was a graduate of the former Lititz High School.

Vera worked in the payroll department at Woodstream Corp., Lititz for over 30 years. She was a member of the Lititz United Methodist Church, where she had sung in the choir.

Vera loved her grandchildren, and enjoyed needlework and cooking.

She was married to Robert P. Reifsnyder for 60 years on May 4th.

Surviving in addition to her husband is a son, Gerald L. (Denise) Reifsnyder, Lititz; 3 grandchildren, Terri, Keith, and Kelly, a great grandson, Trevor; and a sister, Virginia R. (Robert) Ludwig, Lititz. She was preceded in death by a brother Vernon Ranck, and a sister, Vivian Reckord.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Vera's Life Celebration from Lititz U.M. Church, 201 E. Market St., Lititz, on Monday at 3:00 pm with Rev. Harry L. Kaufhold, Jr. officiating. Interment is in Machpelah Cemetery, Lititz.

There will be no public viewing, however, the family will receive friends at the church on Mon. from 2:00-3:00 pm In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Lititz United Methodist Church Hand Bell Fund. Spacht Funeral Home, Lititz is handling arrangements.
