Susie Kittrell was born 27 Oct 1903 and died 10 Apr 1991 in Shawsville, Montgomery Co, VA.She was my Mother's cousin. You must be the daughter of Charles Todd born 3 Sep 1930. He and I are about the same age and our family used to visit Susie and Jack in Beech Grove, IN many years ago. Susie's husband was John William 'Jack' Todd born 14 Dec 1922 and died 24 Aug 1962 in FL.

My grandmother was Susie J. Kittrell. I am not sure where or when she was born, but she died in Va. a couple of years ago and was in her 80s (we lost touch). She married John W. Todd, Jr. and raised three sons in Indiana (John III, Robert, and Charles). She has two sisters that I remember, who were twins, Cora and Lora.
I would love some information on her family since this is not a common name.

Jacque,
Well, I stumbled upon this site quite by accident, but my maiden name is Todd. I don't know much about my family history because only one uncle remains alive and we have lost touch. . . However, my mother believes that my father was born or at least raised in the Indianapolis/Beech Grove area. His name was Charles Irvin, his father was John Jr. and grandfather, John Sr. was an Episcopal minister and former chaplain to the US Senate, I believe.
I don't know if that helps any. But you can email me if you wish to!
