      .Lynda Michele Morris

      Mrs. Lynda Michele Morris, 36, of 6167 Autumn View Cove NW, Acworth, Ga., died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, at Palmetto Richland Hospital in Columbia after injuries sustained from an automobile accident.

      Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8, at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg, with the Rev. Billy Williams officiating. Burial will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery in Orangeburg. Active pallbearers are Michael Kittrell, Tony Kittrell, Tommy Kittrell, David Jensen, Bryan Jensen and Jimmy Black.

      Mrs. Morris was born Sept. 28, 1971, in Bamberg, the daughter of Malcolm Albert Kittrell and the late Janice Marie Jensen. She was assistant director of Primrose School in Acworth, Ga. Michele was the mother of three and caregiver to many. She was a wonderful wife, mother and daughter, always putting others first and herself last. She had such an amazing spirit. Michele was loved by everyone who crossed her path and she will be sadly missed by her husband, children, family and friends. "Life is short, make the most of it."

      Survivors include her husband, Joseph Joe Cecil Morris Jr. of Acworth, Ga.; three children, Joseph Trae Cecil Morris III, Haley Noelle Morris and Aaron Corbett Morris, all of Acworth; five brothers, Tony Kittrell of Orangeburg, Tommy Kittrell of North Carolina, Michael Kittrell of Statesboro, Ga., Bryan Jensen of Virginia, David Jensen of Orangeburg; her father, Malcolm Albert Kittrell of North; aunt and uncle, Carolyn and James Black of Orangeburg; two cousins, Melissa Black of Orangeburg and Jimmy Black of Red Oak, Texas; and a number of aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

      Friends may call at the residence of James and Carolyn Black, 433 Cimmaron St., Orangeburg, and the funeral home. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Thompson Funeral Home Inc. in Orangeburg.

      Memorials may be made to Mother's Against Drunk Drivers, 2711 Middleburg Drive, Room 307, Columbia, SC 29204.
