HINTON Mr. C. Truman Hinton - a native of Hintonville, MS and a resident of Mobile, AL for the last fifty-five years, passed away at the family residence on June 9, 2009, at the age of eighty-one. He is survived by his wife, Millie Hinton; one daughter, Margaret (Jeff) Thornton; one sister, Juanita (Rush) Kittrell; two step-daughters, Rendie (Paul) Smith, and Kimberly (Warren) Kelly; two step-sons, Steve Henderson, and Jason Henderson; three grandchildren, Mallory (Fletcher) Herlong, Addison Thornton, and Morgan Kelly; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Mr. Hinton had been a piano tuner for fifty years, and was a member of Hollinger's Island Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, June 12, 2009 from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin Street. Visitation will be from 10 A.M. until 12 Noon on Friday at the funeral home. Graveside services and interment will be held at 3:30 P.M. on Friday in Seminary Baptist Church Cemetery, Hintonvillle, MS. Arrangements by RADNEY FUNERAL HOME, 3155 Dauphin Street Mobile, AL 36606.

Bro Gene Walley will officiate at the services. Interment will be in the Seminary Baptist Church Cemetery in Beaumont following the services.

    Mrs. Kittrell was preceded in death by her husband, Rush Floyd Kittrell; her parents, Lowery Robert and Annie Andrews Hinton; brothers, George, Gorgon, Ray, Wilson and Truman Hinton; sisters, Eva Grace Hinton, Delia Bryant, Hertha Hinton and Vera Freeman.

    She is survived by her son, Floyd Larry Kittrell of Daphne, AL; her daughter, Helen Jean Blair of Clanton, AL; five grandchildren, Chris Blair, Scott Blair, Brian Kittrell, Nichole Kittrell, and Annette Kittrell; and eight great-grandchildren.
