Linda Doris was a beautiful child, everyone loved her. She was
exceptionallysmart and her personality was charming. At age 4 years, she
contacted, whooping cough, and was treated by the old family doctor. She
developed pneumonia,the doctor was treating her with Sulfur drug, he
inadvertently gave her too much of the drug, and she died at age 4 years,
on Oct. 29,1945. She is buriedbeside her little brother Bobby Eugene in
the Sumner Cemetery, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
