Tarver in trust for Martha Mabry during her natural life and at her death to the use of her children, to wit: Rebecca Francis, John R., Daniel T. and William Mabry, a tract of land in the 3rd District. I reserve 120 square poles for use as a place of education. 16 May 1851.
