John Hunter Kittrell (born 1820 to 1835) in Maury Co., was married on December 14, 1854 in Maury Co., to Sarah Agnes Dobbins, who was born about 1833 in Maury Co., (I think).

John died between 1862 and 1880, most likely also in Maury Co.

Sarah was on the 1880 census, as head of household, with Ernest G. Kittrell aged 23, Katie H. aged 21, and Seth W. aged 18.

I found another marriage record for an Elizabeth Ann Kittrell to Evans Jones, on July 12, 1832, also in Maury Co. Was this a much older sister to John Hunter?

There is nothing I can find in Maury Co., on this family.

The only one I have anything else on, was Katie H. married Henry Green Harlan on December 15, 1881 in Maury Co. and she died after 1891.

I have children their children as:

William Ernest Harlan, born 1886, in Noxubee Co., MS, married in 1915 to Katie Pearl Currie. He died February 1967.

Harry Jehu Harlan, born 1890 , in Noxubee Co., MS and he died 1973 in Lawrenceburg, Lawrence Co, TN.

Does anyone have anything else on the KITTRELL families of Maury Co.?
