WILSON THOMPSON
Funeral services for Wilson Thompson, 83, who died at the family
residence in New Boston Thursday morning, will be conducted from the Sand
Hill church at 10 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Sand Hill cemetery. The
Rev. Bell will officiate assisted by the Rev. Goodman.
He is survived by his wife, two sons, George E. Thompson of Simms and
Mason Thompson of New Boston, three daughters, Mrs. Lee Brewer of DeKalb,
Mrs. Annie Birdwell of Amarillo and Mrs. Mary Johnson of New Boston; 21
grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Active pallbearers will be J. H. Simms, A. L. Simms and S. T. Lindsey of
Simms, Joe White, O. A. Hall and R. D. Lewis of New Boston.
