    Allison Richard "Dick" Diebels, 85, of Sheboygan. WI departed this life on Sunday, November 22, 2015. Dick received a heart transplant in 2000 and he promoted and encouraged organ donation in many ways. Dick was born in Marinette, WI August 5, 1930 to Allison Louis "Bud" and Margaret (Fischer) Diebels.

    Dick attended school in Marinette, Wis. and graduated from Lourdes High School in 1948. He entered the Air Force in September 1948 and served during the Korean Conflict as a jet plane mechanic, After his service, he attended Marquette University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and then attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and received a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

    He married his childhood sweetheart, Nancy Fay Villeneuve in June 1955. They were married for 60 years.

    Dick enjoyed working on his antique autos, traveling, genealogy, gardening and many other activities. He was a member of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Sheboygan, Wis.

    Surviving family include his wife, Nancy;
    a sister, Carol (John) Zuraski;
    a brother, Stephen;
    grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Christine;
    and good friend, Tammy.

    Dick was preceded in death by his twin sons: Daniel Richard and Timothy Alan; his parents, and sister, Theda.

    A Mass was held on November 25 with final entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
