    Engelbert III van Gorizia (-1220) was een zoon van graaf Engelbert II van Gorizia en Adelheid van Valley-Wittelsbach. Hij volgde samen met zijn broer Meinhard zijn vader op als graaf van Gorizia in 1191. Engelbert neemt tevens de titel aan van voogd van de Heilige Stefanus in Aquileia. Engelbert was gehuwd met Mathildis van Andechs, dochter van graaf Berthold III van Andechs en werd vader van Meinhard I van Tirol, die hem zou opvolgen.
