In 1586 genoemd als echtelieden te Buweklooster.
Anna overleed op 25 januari 1598, haar grafsteen (holstien) is in 1973 weer voor het licht gekomen op het kerkhof van Buweklooster en is nu ingemetseld in het lijkhuisje. Het opschrift luidt: "anno 1598 den 25 janevarii sterf die eerbare ende doechtsame Anna Folckedr. Grottinga huisvrou van Sjurdt Itsma".
De grafsteen van Anna is in 1973 in de grond van het kerkhof van Buweklooster onder Drogeham gevonden.
Siurdt had land onder Augustinusga (o.a. veen boven het diep) en Surhuizum. Sjoerd en Anna worden genoemd in 1572 als erven van haar vader. Hij verkoopt in 1588 land te Eestrum aan Sjoerd Oebeles de jonge. Er is sprake van nog een Eelk Sjoerds, die getrouwd was met Sijtse Lamberts van Eestrum; zij kwam te overlijden in 1616, Focke Sjoerds Itsma werd voogd over haar kinderen. In het gezin waren blijkbaar, zoals wel vaker voorkwam, twee dochters met dezelfde naam, in dit geval Eelck. In 1586 genoemd als echtelieden te Buweklooster.
