Westervelt en De Wolff Schepenen en Overweesmeesteren compareerde Johannes Lewijs, dewelke sig sullende verandersaten, verklaarde aan sijn onmundige Kinderen, in eerste ehe bij Margaretha Mackaij geprocreërt, met naamen David Johannes, Alexander, Jacobus Reinier, Catharina en Samuel voor မs Moeders versterf te hebben bewesen aan ijder derselver een summa van vijf en twintig guldens, te betalen als een ijder tot sijn mondige dagen sal gekomen zijn, belovende hij Comparant verders sijn gemelte onmundige Kinderen tot haare mundige dagen in kost, klederen en huijsvesting te sullen onderhouden en naa staats gelegenheijt een kostwinning te laeten leeren,
nemende de overige boedel tot sijn last en profijt, belovende sijne Kinderen dieswegens tegens alle aanmaning en aanspraak schadeloos te houden.
Tot nakoming van het bovenstaande en in specie van de prompte voldoening der bovengemelte vijf en twintig gulden aan een ijder ter mundigen dage uijttekeren, verbindende sijn persoon en goederen, niets daarvan uijtgesondert, ten bedwang en submissie als naa regten.
Hier waren aan over en meede te vreden Paulus Benin Duvergé en André Stolte, als bij de Magistraat aangestelde Voogden, op welkers rapport van de regtvaardigheijt deser afgoeding wij dese mede geapprobeert en des
T·Äô oirkonde getekent hebben binnen Harderwijk d. 3. Sept. 1761.

Hij is voor 26-12-1767 overleden.
