    Zi jliet op haar ziekbed op 4 augustus 1740 te Antwerpen haar testament opmaken. Zij wilde begraven worden in het familiegraf op het hoogkoor van de Antwerpse Sint-Jacobskerk. Paul Jacobs, de boekhouder van haar familie, verkreeg 3000 gulden. Aan de douairière van Susteren, haar schoonzus schonk zij haar zilveren toilet met alle toebehoren. Haar huishoudster Anna Hermans en Elisabeth Bellens, haar dienstmeid in ’s Gravenwezel, werden ieder met 1000 gulden bedacht. Kleinere bedragen gingen naar voormalige personeelsleden en naar haar biechtvader. Moeder Helena Maria van Susteren, abdis van het Ursulinenklooster bedacht zij met een lijfrente van 300 gulden. Haar broer Johan Alexander benoemde zij tot haar universele erfgenaam en executeur van haar nalatenschap.
