Mattheus Spelman, werkman, geboren en wonende alhier, oud tweeentwintig jaren, zoon van Johannes Hendricus Spelman en Antje Zoet, beiden overleden ter eene en
Jantje de Boer, werkster, geboren te Hollum, gemeente Ameland, wonende alhier oud vierentwintig jaren, dochter van Douwe Jacobs de Boer, timmerman en Seijke Jans Visser, wonende te Hollum ter andere zijde.
en verklaarden de voogd des bruidegoms, met name Roelof Spelman, timmerman en zijn toeziende voogd, Jacob Zoet, houtzager, wonende beiden alhier en voor ons tegenwoordig, toe te stemmen in dezen echt.

De beide afkondigingen tot dit huwelijk zijn onverhinderd geschied, alhier den achttienden en vijfentwintigsten dezer. Voorts zijn aan ons overlegd de geboorte akten der verloofden, de doodsakten van de ouders en grootouders des bruidegoms, het proces verbaal van de benoeming van zijnen voogd en toezienden voogd en eene notariele akte ...dende de toestemming van de ouders der Bruid. Voorts verklaarden ons de voogd en toezienden voogd des Bruidegoms onder eede de identiteit van de grootmoeder van moederszijde des Bruidegoms, wegens naamsverschil in de overgelegde stukken.
Waarna wij hun hebben afgevraagd of zij elkander aannemen tot Echtgenooten, en getrouweliljk alle plichten zullen vervullend, welke door den Wet aan den Huwelijkschen Staat verbonden zijn: hetwelk door hen, uitdrukkelijk met JA beantwoord zijnde, hebben wij in naam der Wet uitspraak gedaan dat zij door het Huwelijk aan alkander zijn verbonden.

Johannes Jacobus Hendricus Spelman, broeder des echtgenoots, timmerman oud vijfentwintig
Willem Theodorus Frings, werkman oud drieenveertig en

En is hiervan door ons opgemaakt deze Akte, welke na voorlezing, door de Comparantem, de Getuigen en ons is ondergeteekend.
