    Als militair soldaat op 12-09-1908 door de krijgsraad in 's Hertogenbosch veroordeld tot 2 maanden gevangenisstraf wegens mishandeling. Uitgezeten in 's Hertogenbosch van 9 september tot 7 november 1908

    Ook voor mishandeling een jaar gevangenisstraf (vanaf 13 april 1912) in Breda na veroordeling door rechtbank te 's Hertogenbosch op 31 januari 1912. Een cassarieverzoek bij de Hoge Raad is op 9 april 1912 verworpen.
