Op 10 november 1900 komen voor de Arr rechtbank 's hertogenbosch 1. Nicolaas Christiaan Verharen 20 jaar, schoenmaker geboren en wonende te Waalwijk
2. Christiaan Johannes Kroot,19 jaar, schoenmaker geboren en wonende te Waalwijk
3. Jacobus van Veldhoven, 19 jaar, schoenmaker geboren te Baardwijk, wonend te Waalwijk.
Ze worden beklaagd terzake dat ze op 26 oktober 1900 uit de deur van de woning van Lambertus de Haan een paneel hebben getrapt en aldus beschadigd of vernield.
Christiaan wordt schuldig verklaard en krijgt een geldboete van 15 gulden subsidiair 15 dagen gevangenisstraf. Beide anderen worden vrijgesproken

Op 29 maart 1917 door de Arr Rechtbank 's Hertogenbosch veroordeeld voor het op 1 oktober 1916 te Baardwijk "op den openbaren provincialen kunstweg N019" fietsen zonder een geldende rijkaart.
Veroordeeld tot een boete van 3 gulden, subs 6 dagen hechtenis.

Op 12 februari 1919 door dezelfde rechtbank veroordeeld tot een maand hechtenis wegens het op verschillende tijdstippen in 1918 zich toeeigenen van teks (schoenmaker spijkertjes), eigendom van Bernardus Johannes Henricus Coenradus Timmermans. Deze teks was hem toevertrouwd om ze bij zijn werk te gebruiken
