Adriaan koopt een perceel land (ca 7 1/2 ha) van Peter Embrecht Jannsen in de Moer tussen de Paalstraat en de Baan
In 1736 gaat de stede over op de vier kinderen en het kleinkind van Adriaan Peter Hamers. In de verponding van 1751 zijn de posten als volgt verdeeld: Adriaan Cornelis Adriaan Hamers en Adriaan van Wezenbeek, zoon van Maria Adriaan Hamers, voor de ene helft en Peter Adriaan Hamers en Hendrik Adriaan Hamers samen voor de andere helft

In ca 1700 koopt Adriaan een perceel van de weduwe en kinderen van zijn buurman Gerrit Gerrit in 's Groen. Van dit perceel gaat in 1736 een deel naar Willemijn, weduwe van Cornelis Leendert Oerlemans
