Versoeckende hare drie sondaeghse uytroepingen, omme naar de selve de voorz. trouwe te solemniseeren ende in alles te voltrecken, soo verre daar anders geene wettige verhinderinghe voor en valle. Ende naer dien sy by waerheydt verklaerden datse vrye persoonen waren, ende malkanderen in bloede niet en bestonden, waer door een Christelijck huwelijck mochte verhinderet worden,,zijn hun hare geboden verwilliget.
Volgen twee handtekeningen: Jacobus van Hell en Maria de Lange.
