    Funeral services were held at the First Reformed Church in Boyden at 10:30 A.M., September 3 for George Mouw, 21, of Boyden, who died at a Sheldon hospital September 1 after a lingering illness.

    Services were conducted by the Rev. Sylvester Moths and burial was in the Orange City cemetery.

    George was born January 13, 1953. He was employed by Smit and Son Packing Co. of Boyden.

    Survivors include his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Wm. Mouw of Boyden; three brothers, Gary of Spencer, Robert of Sheldon and Bill of New Brighton, Minn.; six sisters, Mrs. Alvin (Thelma) Winter of George, Mrs. Harry (Marjorie) Reinsma of Sanborn, Mrs. Harold (Willemina) Whittaker of Casper, Wyo., Mrs. Henry (Winifred) Schoeneman of Adrian, Minn., Mrs. Willis (Grace) Beyer of Birmingham, Mich., and Mrs. Edward (Bertha) Barents of Everly.
