Neef Bernard Huete, burgemeester van Zwolle liet in 1721 een bedrag van 80.000 gulden na aan Arnoldina Aleida en Catharina Elsabet. Gedeelte testament (31 mei 1718): "Zo stelle en instituere tot mijn erfgenamen de Nigten Arnoldina Aleide van Benthem, en Catharina Elsabee van Benthem, dogters van d'Heer en Neef Joost van Benthem, in zijn leven oud Burgermeester der Stad Hasselt. F. 80.000,-".
