Op 30-10-1717 kopen Jan Klaesen en zijn moeder Otje Wouters van Hendrik, Jan, Willem en Geenje Aelbertsen (Willem en Geertje worden geassisteerd door Hendrik Aelbertsen hun gekozen mombaar) "een kampjen Lants ofte hoeijvelt "Het Goor" met het halve huijs ende een acker hoff soo als het tegenswoordig bij Jan Petersen Schoelapper bewoent ende gebruijckt wordt, gelegen in den ampte van Bernevelt, Caspel Cootwijck, beurschap het Cootwijckerbroeck" voor de somma van hondert taghtentigh Crolij gult ad xx st. het stuijck ende boven dese vijf duicatons tot een schenkkagie.

Op 6-12-1753 verkoopt Hendrickje Francken, weduwe van Steeven Aartsen aan de kinderen van Jan Klaassen voor een somma van 250 caroly guldens haer eigendommelijk 1/8 part van seeker goeije genaemt De Wal, grenzend ten noorden aan Cornelis Hendriksen, oostwaarts De Groote Heg, suytwaarts De Crol en westwaarts 't land van Gerrit Klaessen.

Op 20 maart 1759 verklaren Vrank Hendriksen en Hendrikje Breunissen, eheluyden, en Gijsbertje Hendriks, weduwe van Aart Garritse, verkogt te hebben aan de samentelijke kinderen van Jan Klaassen en Beertje Otten, in leven eheluyden, haarlieden aandeelen bestaande in 1/20 en 1/40 part van het erff en goet genaamt De Wal, dat bij Elbert Egberts en Lubbertje bewoond en gebruykt wordt.
